Ham it up! Mix it with mustard and honey and smear it over the entire ham. Save a little for a mustard sauce when serving or for a future leftover ham sandwich! Add directly to split pea soup or use as a rub for pork roast or chops! Mighty rich and tasty, smokey, sweet, savory, and spicy blend of:

Brown Sugar, Roasted Paprika, Caraway Seeds, Smoked Alderwood Sea Salt, Garlic Pepper Blend, Garlic, Onion, Brown Mustard seed, ground Yellow Mustard seed, Lemon Thyme, Parsley, Paprika, and Turmeric.


Use up your leftover ham and or bone or buy a ham-hock or two. Throw it into a big pot with cups of water and rinsed bag of peas. Add 2 TBSP. Barbara J’s Organic Ham and Pork Seasoning. This is the only seasoning you’ll need to make this great soup and if you decide to make it vegetarian, it will still have lotsa good, smokey, savory flavor.

Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, chop one large onion, 3 carrots and 3 celery stalks. Add to pot and finish cooking, 30 minutes, ''til all is tender. Taste. Add a little more Ham Seasoning if desired.

It’s yummy with a piece of “Crusty Italian Bread”.
