This curry blend is unsurpassed in quality, freshness, and aroma. It is colorful, bold and aromatic as well as quite delicious!

Fenugreek, Coriander, Turmeric, Ginger, Mustard, Cumin, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Garlic, Cloves, Cardamom, Allspice, Anise seed, Onion powder, Cayenne, and Red Pepper flakes.


Chop some potatoes, onions, and a yam or two and toss into a baking pan.

Heat the oven to 400.

Blend 1 and 1/2 cups milk with 1/2 stick of butter, some chopped garlic (a few cloves or several, depending on your personal taste) 1/3 cup Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce, and two tablespoons of Barbara J’s Organic Indian Curry Blend. Pour over mixture and cook for an hour or so, stir once or twice during cooking and enjoy!

Recently, I made this in a crock pot. It was a really hot day so I put the crock pot outside with an extension cord to keep the house cool. I cooked it for two hours on high, then added red kale and beet greens the last 10 minutes. It was good!
