Turmeric, cilantro, onion, coriander seeds, parsley, sesame seeds, a touch of Himalayan pink salt, a dash of cayenne & a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.

This combo creates a savory, sweet, sour, spicy, a little salty & ultra yummy umami sensation and is a delicious base for lots of dishes. It makes a great Asian dressing for chicken, cabbage or grain salad. This can can be used as a dipping sauce for spring or egg rolls (and let us not forget about it’s merits as a marinade!). It’s wonderful in Asian noodle soups, especially if you add chopped bitter greens, like kale, and will transform Ramen to new heights! Or simply put… IT’S YANG-YUMMY!


Yin Yang YUM! makes a great Asian dressing for chicken or cabbage salad or used as a dipping sauce for spring or egg rolls. I like to mix it with rice vinegar, a splash of toasted sesame oil, some canola or coconut oil, soy or tamari sauce and a tad of two something’s “sweet & hot”, like brown sugar or schiracha.
